1. Divide the pork ribs into four portions, rub with salt and ground pepper, brush with vegetable oil and fry on a grill or pan.
2. Transfer to the skillet. Add garlic and peppercorns. Separately mix 200 grams of barbecue sauce, vinegar and half a liter of water. Pour this mixture over the ribs, bring to a boil and cook for about an hour (or even longer) under a lid on low heat, so that in the end, when checking, the meat is easily separated from the bones. Leave the ribs to cool in liquid, removing the saucepan from the stove.
3. After that, the ribs must be removed, and gently remove the fat from the surface of the marinade.
4. Boil the marinade to the consistency of thick sauce, adding the remaining barbecue sauce.
5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the ribs ready sauce and send to the oven for five to seven minutes.
6. Serve ribs, for example, with hot pickled peppers.
